Job Description

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble complex mechanical and electrical parts by following detailed instructions.
• Use various hand and power tools to fasten parts together.
• Perform simple tests to make sure products work correctly.
• Help improve assembly instructions if you notice issues.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Check the quality of other team members’ work.
• Support other departments when needed (such as shipping, materials, or prototypes).
• Report any safety concerns to your supervisor.

What We’re Looking For:

• Great attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience in mechanical assembly (putting together mechanical parts).
• Knowledge of how to safely handle sensitive electronic components.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools.
• Familiar with safety gear and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to use step ladders frequently.
• Bonus: Experience working on cars or self-driving vehicle assembly is a plus.
