What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and implement client relationship strategies, including KPIs and recurring meetings.
• Oversee key partnerships for service and small construction projects.
• Plan, schedule, and manage project activities, including labor projections.
• Lead innovative solutions for complex client challenges and queries.
• Drive account planning to achieve performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones.
• Monitor sales metrics and recommend process improvements.
• Stay informed on market changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Attend pre-bid, job-planning, and job progress meetings as needed.
• Promote a positive work environment and engage with marketing and business development efforts.

The Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years in business development or project-based management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Passion for growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (occasional travel required)
